Will my Health Insurance cover Healthtouch services?

The majority of my clients with PPO coverage are reimbursed for my therapy services.  We are considered "Out of Network" therapy services by most PPO insurance plans.  Most PPO plans will reimburse for skilled therapy services provided by a state licensed therapist.  Payment is due at time of service and I do not bill insurance companies.  I am happy to provide you with a statement that you can submit to your insurance company.  Please feel free to contact me for more information.

myWhy hasn't my Doctor recommended Myofascial Release?

How can I make the most of my session?

Before arriving, take the time to get in touch with the problems you are experiencing and ask yourself when did this start, what relieves your problem, what makes it worse?  What is it that you want help with?  You will be working with your therapist to move freely without pain or stiffness.  It is important that you wear no skin lotion or shower gel as this will interfere with the effectiveness of your treatment.  It is best to arrive about five minutes prior to your session time.
